TCS and Sastra University Partner to Train Students for Japan's IT Market

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Sastra University have launched a Centre of Excellence (CoE) on Sastra's Thanjavur campus to prepare students for opportunities in Japan's growing IT market. The initiative will equip students with technology skills, Japanese language proficiency, and cultural understanding. Training will cover areas like Java, Cloud, GenAI, and Python, alongside mentorship from TCS experts. This partnership aims to build a sustained talent pipeline to cater to the increasing demand for IT professionals in Japan.
