BJP Alleges Congress Neglecting Backward Communities in Fund Allocation

BJP MLC and OBC Morcha State president Raghu Kautilya has accused the Karnataka Congress government of neglecting backward communities. He stated that the allocations made in the 2026-27 Budget to various development corporations for these communities were significantly lower than those under the previous BJP government. Kautilya cited specific figures, including ₹129 crore for the Devaraj Urs Backward Classes Development Corporation and lesser amounts for others. He argued that these allocations do not align with the Congress party's claims of commitment to backward community development.

बीजेपी एमएलसी और ओबीसी मोर्चा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष रघु कौटिल्य ने कर्नाटक की कांग्रेस सरकार पर पिछड़ा वर्ग की अनदेखी करने का आरोप लगाया है। उन्होंने कहा कि 2026-27 के बजट में इन समुदायों के लिए विभिन्न विकास निगमों को किया गया आवंटन पिछली बीजेपी सरकार की तुलना में काफी कम था। कौटिल्य ने देवराज उर्स पिछड़ा वर्ग विकास निगम के लिए ₹129 करोड़ और अन्य के लिए कम राशि का जिक्र किया। उन्होंने तर्क दिया कि ये आवंटन पिछड़ा वर्ग के विकास के प्रति कांग्रेस पार्टी के दावों के अनुरूप नहीं हैं।
