BRICS urged to cooperate on transfer pricing

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has called for BRICS nations to collaborate on transfer pricing and treaty interpretation, highlighting that global tax disputes disproportionately affect developing countries. India has proposed new working groups for International Taxation and Transfer Pricing, and Revenue Statistics. Sitharaman emphasized that decisions made in ongoing international tax rule renegotiations will shape cross-border taxation for years to come.

वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने BRICS देशों से ट्रांसफर प्राइसिंग और संधि व्याख्या पर मिलकर काम करने को कहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि टैक्स से जुड़े अंतरराष्ट्रीय झगड़ों का सबसे ज्यादा असर विकासशील देशों पर पड़ता है। भारत ने अंतरराष्ट्रीय कराधान और ट्रांसफर प्राइसिंग, और राजस्व सांख्यिकी के लिए नए वर्किंग ग्रुप बनाने का प्रस्ताव दिया है। सीतारमण ने जोर दिया कि टैक्स नियमों पर चल रही बातचीत से आने वाले सालों में देशों के बीच टैक्स का ढांचा तय होगा।
