Hyderabad Airport Launches Real-Time Lost Luggage Tracking Platform For Flyers

Hyderabad's Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) has introduced a new digital platform enabling passengers to track lost and found items in real time. Launched on Monday, the system allows flyers to report missing belongings, monitor their requests, and communicate directly with the airport's Lost and Found team through a single interface. CEO Kadhir Kadhiravan stated this innovation aims to enhance passenger experience by making the recovery process more transparent and convenient. Passengers can submit details online, receive a unique reference ID, and track their item's status throughout the recovery process.

हैदराबाद के राजीव गांधी इंटरनेशनल एयरपोर्ट (RGIA) ने यात्रियों के लिए खोए और पाए गए सामानों को रियल-टाइम में ट्रैक करने की सुविधा वाला एक नया डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म शुरू किया है। सोमवार को लॉन्च किए गए इस सिस्टम से यात्री एक ही इंटरफ़ेस के ज़रिए लापता सामान की रिपोर्ट कर सकते हैं, अपने अनुरोधों की निगरानी कर सकते हैं और एयरपोर्ट की लॉस्ट एंड फाउंड टीम से सीधे बातचीत कर सकते हैं। CEO कधिर कधिरवन ने कहा कि इस नवाचार का उद्देश्य रिकवरी प्रक्रिया को ज़्यादा पारदर्शी और सुविधाजनक बनाकर यात्री अनुभव को बेहतर बनाना है।
