Eternal founder Deepinder Goyal claims his new Temple wearable, worn on the forehead, offers more accurate heart rate readings than popular devices like the Apple Watch Series 12. An internal study compared Temple against Apple, Garmin, Fitbit, WHOOP, and Oura, using a Polar H10 chest strap as a reference. Goyal stated Temple showed lower measurement errors, even outperforming the chest strap in high-intensity zones. These findings are based on Temple's internal research, with independent studies currently underway.
