Uttarakhand Minister's Domestic Abuse Allegations Lead To SIT Formation

Uttarakhand Minister Rekha Arya has accused her husband, Girdhari Lal Sahu, of domestic violence, fraud, illicit relations, and death threats. In response, a 9-member SIT has been formed to probe these allegations. The SIT will be led by Superintendent of Police (Rural) Jaya Baloni. An FIR has been registered against Sahu under relevant sections, including the SC/ST Act. Sahu has denied the accusations, claiming they are false and AI-generated, and has counter-accused the minister of corruption.

उत्तराखंड मंत्री पर घरेलू हिंसा के आरोप जांच के लिए एसआईटी का गठन

उत्तराखंड की मंत्री रेखा आर्या ने अपने पति गिरधारी लाल साहू पर घरेलू हिंसा, धोखाधड़ी, अवैध संबंध और जान से मारने की धमकी देने का आरोप लगाया है। इन आरोपों की जांच के लिए 9 सदस्यीय एसआईटी का गठन किया गया है। एसआईटी का नेतृत्व पुलिस अधीक्षक (ग्रामीण) जया बलोनी करेंगी। साहू के खिलाफ एससी/एसटी एक्ट सहित संबंधित धाराओं के तहत एफआईआर दर्ज की गई है। साहू ने आरोपों को झूठा और AI-जनित बताते हुए खारिज कर दिया है और मंत्री पर भ्रष्टाचार का आरोप लगाया है।
