PWD has issued show-cause notices to thirteen officials for allegedly closing complaints on the CM Helpline 1076 without adequate explanations of resolution. The affected officers include superintending engineers, executive engineers, and sub-divisional officers. They are required to submit written replies within fifteen days. This action follows a review of complaints filed during August and September, where closure notes lacked details on site inspections, actions taken, or complainant communication. The department stated that such inadequate remarks can create a misleading impression of grievance resolution.

PWD ने 13 अधिकारियों को CM Helpline 1076 पर शिकायतों को ठीक से समाधान बताए बिना बंद करने के आरोप में कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किए हैं। प्रभावित अधिकारियों में सुपरिटेंडिंग इंजीनियर, एग्जीक्यूटिव इंजीनियर और सब-डिविजनल ऑफिसर शामिल हैं। उन्हें पंद्रह दिनों के भीतर लिखित जवाब देना होगा। यह कार्रवाई अगस्त और सितंबर के दौरान दर्ज की गई शिकायतों की समीक्षा के बाद हुई है, जिसमें क्लोजर नोट्स में साइट निरीक्षण, की गई कार्रवाई या शिकायतकर्ता से बातचीत का विवरण नहीं था। विभाग ने कहा कि ऐसे अपर्याप्त टिप्पणियों से शिकायत निवारण के समाधान का गलत प्रभाव पड़ सकता है।
