The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) has urged the Chief Electoral Officer to issue clear guidelines for registering eligible graduates in Hyderabad and other cities as voters. Many young graduates working in sectors like IT are confused about their eligibility and the enrollment procedure, especially when registered as ordinary voters in their hometowns. The TPCC highlighted uncertainty regarding the use of EPIC details in Form 18, criteria for constituency selection, and proof of residence for those in rented accommodation.
