Royal Enfield has temporarily stopped bookings for its new Himalayan 440 motorcycle due to an overwhelming response. The company has received so many orders that the current production capacity is booked for approximately six months. Launched recently in Ladakh, the bike has garnered significant interest, exceeding initial company estimates. Royal Enfield will now focus on fulfilling existing orders and gradually increasing production before reopening bookings. The updated model features a larger 443cc engine, improved touring setup, and new hardware while maintaining manageable size and seating.
