CJP Founder, Two Leaders Released on Conditions by Delhi Police

CJP founder Abhijit Dipke and leaders Ashutosh Ranka and Saurabh Das have been released on conditions after appearing before an Executive Magistrate. Delhi Police had detained the three at the airport, alleging they violated terms set during a July protest. As part of their release, they have provided an undertaking not to engage in activities that disturb peace for one year. The magistrate did not impose a complete ban on protests but stipulated that activities affecting law and order or public peace should be avoided.
