US Treasury yields edged higher on Monday, with the benchmark 10-year Treasury yield recovering from its largest weekly drop in seven months. Concerns over higher interest rates impacting AI stocks eased as equities recovered, reversing a previous flight to quality. The 10-year yield rose 0.8 basis points to 5.106%, while the 30-year bond yield increased 1.2 basis points to 5.447%. Separately, the US housing market index hit a 12-year low, dropping three points to 29 in the current month.
