Delhi Househelp Arrested for Rs 35 Lakh Jewellery Theft

A newly appointed househelp in northwest Delhi's Bharat Nagar has been apprehended for allegedly stealing jewellery worth Rs 35 lakh, foreign currency, and other valuables shortly after starting her employment. The theft was reported, and police received a tip-off about the stolen property being kept in the Rana Pratap Bagh area. Through technical surveillance and field inputs, police identified and arrested the accused, Jyoti, aged 30, who was the mastermind.

उत्तर-पश्चिम दिल्ली के भारत नगर में एक नई नौकरानी को नौकरी शुरू करने के कुछ ही समय बाद 35 लाख रुपये के गहने, विदेशी मुद्रा और अन्य कीमती सामान चुराने के आरोप में पकड़ा गया है। चोरी की सूचना मिलने पर पुलिस को राणा प्रताप बाग इलाके में चोरी का सामान रखे होने की खबर मिली। तकनीकी निगरानी और फील्ड इनपुट के जरिए पुलिस ने 30 वर्षीय आरोपी ज्योति को पकड़ा, जो इस चोरी की मास्टरमाइंड थी।
