NBCC has achieved a record sale value of approximately Rs 5,191 crore from an e-auction of premium residential units in New Delhi. The 213 4-BHK apartments, located near Chanakyapuri, sold for prices up to Rs 89,061 per square foot, with individual units ranging from Rs 19 crore to Rs 42 crore. This pricing on a carpet area basis matches some of the most luxurious apartments in Gurgaon. The high demand is attributed to the scarcity of residential complexes in central Delhi's VVIP areas, previously dominated by government accommodation.

एनबीसीसी ने नई दिल्ली में प्रीमियम आवासीय इकाइयों की ई-नीलामी से करीब 5,191 करोड़ रुपये की रिकॉर्ड बिक्री हासिल की है। चाणक्यपुरी के पास स्थित 213 4-बीएचके अपार्टमेंट 89,061 रुपये प्रति वर्ग फुट तक की कीमतों पर बिके, जिनमें व्यक्तिगत इकाइयों की कीमत 19 करोड़ रुपये से 42 करोड़ रुपये के बीच रही। कारपेट एरिया के आधार पर यह कीमत गुरुग्राम के सबसे आलीशान अपार्टमेंटों के बराबर है। इस ऊंची मांग का श्रेय मध्य दिल्ली के वीवीआईपी इलाकों में आवासीय परिसरों की कमी को दिया जा रहा है, जहां पहले सरकारी आवासों का दबदबा था।
