Kohli, who invested Rs 40 crore last year, will remain co-founder of One8 as it integrates into Agilitas as a wholly owned subsidiary. This move aims to accelerate Agilitas' ambition to build a high-performance sportswear label from India. The brand plans international expansion into markets like the US and UK, leveraging Agilitas' capabilities in product development and retail.
