More than 30 buildings in Gurgaon's Sushant Lok-3 are facing action for allegedly running unauthorised paying guest accommodations and commercial activities. A survey by the district town planner found properties being used beyond their sanctioned residential purpose, with some even having illegal construction in stilt parking areas. Managed PG operators like Stanza Living are under scrutiny, and show-cause notices have been issued. Residents complain of increased traffic, parking issues, and strain on infrastructure due to these commercial uses of residential properties.

गुरुग्राम के सुशांत लोक-3 में 30 से ज़्यादा इमारतें कथित तौर पर अनधिकृत पेइंग गेस्ट (पीजी) आवास और व्यावसायिक गतिविधियाँ चलाने के लिए कार्रवाई का सामना कर रही हैं। जिला नगर योजनाकार द्वारा किए गए एक सर्वेक्षण में पाया गया कि संपत्तियों का उपयोग उनके स्वीकृत आवासीय उद्देश्य से परे किया जा रहा था, कुछ में तो स्टिल्ट पार्किंग क्षेत्रों में अवैध निर्माण भी था। Stanza Living जैसे प्रबंधित पीजी ऑपरेटर जांच के दायरे में हैं, और कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किए गए हैं। निवासियों ने इन आवासीय संपत्तियों के व्यावसायिक उपयोग के कारण बढ़ते यातायात, पार्किंग की समस्या और बुनियादी ढांचे पर दबाव की शिकायत की है।
