RPF Home Guard Arrested For Dragging Woman

A Railway Protection Force Home Guard has been arrested and removed from service after a video showed him slapping and dragging a woman by her hair near Hafeezpet railway station. The incident occurred on Friday evening. Telangana DGP C.V. Anand called the conduct "abominable" and ordered immediate action. The accused, Kadiga Anand, 36, was booked under sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for assault and causing hurt.

हाफ़िज़पेट रेलवे स्टेशन के पास एक महिला को बाल पकड़कर खींचने और थप्पड़ मारने वाले रेलवे सुरक्षा बल के होमगार्ड को गिरफ्तार कर नौकरी से निकाल दिया गया है। यह घटना शुक्रवार शाम को हुई। तेलंगाना के DGP सी.वी. आनंद ने इस हरकत को "घिनौना" बताते हुए तुरंत कार्रवाई का आदेश दिया। आरोपी, 36 वर्षीय काडिगा आनंद, पर हमला और चोट पहुँचाने के आरोप में भारतीय न्याय संहिता की धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है।
