Maharashtra's initiative to expedite heart attack detection and treatment has screened nearly 58 lakh ECGs, identifying over 34,000 critical STEMI cases in the past seven years. This highlights the significant burden of cardiac disease in the state. A separate analysis revealed that almost a quarter of patients undergoing cardiac procedures were under 50 years old, indicating a rise in serious cardiovascular disease among younger individuals.

महाराष्ट्र की हार्ट अटैक का पता लगाने और इलाज में तेज़ी लाने की पहल ने पिछले सात सालों में लगभग 58 लाख ईसीजी की जांच की है, जिससे 34,000 से ज़्यादा गंभीर STEMI मामलों का पता चला है। यह राज्य में दिल की बीमारियों के बड़े बोझ को दिखाता है। एक अलग विश्लेषण से पता चला कि दिल की सर्जरी कराने वाले लगभग एक चौथाई मरीज़ 50 साल से कम उम्र के थे, जो युवा लोगों में गंभीर हृदय रोग के बढ़ते मामले का संकेत देता है।
