Kerala to Form Special Panel to Study Labour Codes Implementation

The Kerala government has decided to establish a special committee to examine the implementation of the Labour Codes and provide recommendations. This decision was made at a meeting chaired by Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan with trade union leaders. The committee will include trade union representatives and officials, with the Labour Department Secretary as convener. Its mandate is to submit practical recommendations for framing state rules within 10 days. A final decision on implementing the codes will be made after considering all views and legal aspects, aiming to protect workers' interests.

केरल सरकार ने लेबर कोड के लागू होने की जांच करने और सुझाव देने के लिए एक विशेष समिति बनाने का फैसला किया है। यह फैसला मुख्यमंत्री वी.डी. सतीसन की ट्रेड यूनियन नेताओं के साथ हुई एक बैठक में लिया गया। समिति में ट्रेड यूनियन के प्रतिनिधि और अधिकारी शामिल होंगे, और लेबर डिपार्टमेंट के सेक्रेटरी इसके कन्वेनर होंगे। इसका काम 10 दिनों के अंदर राज्य के नियम बनाने के लिए व्यावहारिक सुझाव देना है। सभी विचारों और कानूनी पहलुओं पर विचार करने के बाद कोड लागू करने पर अंतिम निर्णय लिया जाएगा, जिसका लक्ष्य मजदूरों के हितों की रक्षा करना है।
