Allahabad HC Orders Probe Into Dummy School Racket In UP's Azamgarh

The Allahabad High Court has ordered an inspection of a school and coaching academy in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh, to investigate allegations of a "dummy school" racket. The court is examining whether students are being enrolled without their knowledge while attending coaching elsewhere. An inquiry into the institution's management and its alleged links with Shahana International School in Jaunpur has also been initiated. The Uttar Pradesh government has been directed to submit an inquiry report by November 2, with the principal and manager required to be present at the next hearing.

इलाहाबाद HC का आदेश, आजमगढ़ में 'डमी स्कूल' रैकेट की होगी जांच

इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट ने उत्तर प्रदेश के आजमगढ़ में एक स्कूल और कोचिंग अकादमी का निरीक्षण करने का आदेश दिया है ताकि 'डमी स्कूल' रैकेट के आरोपों की जांच की जा सके। कोर्ट यह देख रहा है कि क्या छात्र कहीं और कोचिंग करते हुए उनकी जानकारी के बिना उनका दाखिला किया जा रहा है। जौनपुर के शाहना इंटरनेशनल स्कूल के साथ संस्थान के प्रबंधन और उसके कथित संबंधों की भी जांच शुरू कर दी गई है। उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार को 2 नवंबर तक जांच रिपोर्ट सौंपने का निर्देश दिया गया है, और अगले सुनवाई में प्रिंसिपल और मैनेजर को उपस्थित रहना होगा।
