Residents can download an electronic version of their Aadhaar card, known as e-Aadhaar, from the official UIDAI website or myAadhaar portal. The process requires your Aadhaar number or Enrolment ID and a mobile number registered with Aadhaar for OTP authentication. After entering details and completing security verification, an OTP is sent to your registered mobile. Upon verification, the digitally signed e-Aadhaar PDF can be downloaded. This electronic document is password-protected, using the first four letters of your name in capitals and your birth year in YYYY format.
