Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated on Sunday that Iran would not alter its policies, even if the US and Israel launched further attacks. He described the ongoing hostilities as a historical turning point for the region, asserting that the Strait of Hormuz would not revert to its pre-war status. Araghchi claimed Iranian forces destroyed over 80 American aircraft and fighter jets during the conflict. Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump hinted at the possibility of new strikes against Iran while also leaving the door open for diplomatic negotiations.

ईरान के विदेश मंत्री अब्बास अराग्ची ने रविवार को कहा कि अगर अमेरिका और इज़राइल ने आगे हमले किए तो भी ईरान अपनी नीतियों में बदलाव नहीं करेगा। उन्होंने चल रहे संघर्ष को क्षेत्र के लिए एक ऐतिहासिक मोड़ बताया और कहा कि होर्मुज़ जलडमरूमध्य युद्ध-पूर्व स्थिति में वापस नहीं लौटेगा। अराग्ची ने दावा किया कि ईरानी सेना ने संघर्ष के दौरान 80 से ज़्यादा अमेरिकी विमान और लड़ाकू जेट नष्ट कर दिए। वहीं, अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने ईरान के खिलाफ नए हमलों की संभावना का संकेत दिया, लेकिन कूटनीतिक बातचीत के लिए भी दरवाज़ा खुला रखा।
