Odisha's Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has invited chemical and petrochemical manufacturers to invest in the state, promising comprehensive government support. The initiative aims to attract new investments and expand existing operations by assisting with land identification, infrastructure development, and government approvals. The state seeks to diversify beyond mining and metals, leveraging its ports, refinery at Paradip, and industrial feedstock availability. Key locations like Paradip, Dhamra, and Gopalpur are being promoted for port-based industries, while Angul and Dhenkanal are considered for coal-based projects.
