Bikru Case: Two Accused Get Bail From High

The Allahabad High Court has granted bail to two accused in the sensational Bikru case, including a police outpost in-charge. Both individuals had been imprisoned for six years and had their previous six bail applications rejected. This time, the court considered the trial's progress, the release of numerous co-accused, and the lengthy detention of the applicants. Consequently, conditional bail was granted to KK Sharma and Shivam Dubey. Charges against them include murder and dacoity.

इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट ने बहुचर्चित बिकरू मामले में दो आरोपियों को जमानत दे दी है, जिनमें एक पुलिस चौकी प्रभारी भी शामिल है। दोनों छह साल से जेल में थे और उनकी पिछली छह जमानत याचिकाएं खारिज हो चुकी थीं। इस बार कोर्ट ने मुकदमे की प्रगति, कई सह-आरोपियों की रिहाई और लंबी कैद को देखते हुए KK शर्मा और शिवम दुबे को सशर्त जमानत दी है। इन पर हत्या और डकैती के आरोप हैं।
