Delhi Court Slams Police for 'Eyewash' Report in MCOCA Case

A Delhi court has strongly criticized the city police for submitting a "perfunctory and mere eyewash" report in a stringent MCOCA case. Two accused allegedly continued to commit serious crimes, including murder, for years after the law was invoked against them but were only arrested in 2026. Special Judge Gaurav Rao has sent the order to the Delhi police commissioner, calling for an inquiry into the erring officials.
