CBI Reaches Mansa to Investigate Parwinder Singh Jhota Murder Case

A CBI team has arrived in Mansa to investigate the murder of anti-drug activist Parwinder Singh Jhota. This follows assurances from Union Home Minister Amit Shah to the victim's family that a thorough investigation would be conducted. The Mansa police have handed over the case file to the CBI, which will now probe the conspiracy, involvement of others, and any links to the main accused's drug trade. The Punjab Chief Minister had previously announced a CBI inquiry into the case.
