Delhi Airport-Vasant Vihar Flyover Reopens After 6 Days, But Not For All Vehicles

The flyover connecting the Indira Gandhi International Airport side with Vasant Vihar and other parts of South Delhi has reopened after being shut for six days. It was closed on October 20 due to the detection of cracks on its carriageway. While the flyover is now accessible, it is not open for all types of vehicles. This partial reopening aims to ease traffic congestion in the affected areas while repairs or further assessments continue.

इंदिरा गांधी इंटरनेशनल एयरपोर्ट को वसंत विहार और दक्षिण दिल्ली के दूसरे हिस्सों से जोड़ने वाला फ़्लाईओवर 6 दिन बंद रहने के बाद फिर से खुल गया है। यह 20 अक्टूबर को इसके कैरिजवे पर दरारें दिखने के कारण बंद कर दिया गया था। हालाँकि फ़्लाईओवर अब खुल गया है, लेकिन यह सभी प्रकार के वाहनों के लिए खुला नहीं है। इस आंशिक रूप से खुलने का उद्देश्य प्रभावित इलाकों में ट्रैफिक जाम को कम करना है, जबकि मरम्मत या आगे का मूल्यांकन जारी है।
