Russian President Vladimir Putin concluded a series of September 11 talks by meeting with the head of the BRICS bank. Earlier, Putin held bilateral discussions with leaders attending the BRICS summit in New Delhi. These included the summit's host, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, and Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim.
