Overnight Russian strikes have caused widespread power outages across Ukraine, affecting tens of thousands of households. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that energy infrastructure in at least four regions, including Dnipro, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, and Khmelnytskyi, was targeted. Substations, transformers, and power lines were hit, leaving hundreds of thousands of families without electricity. Zelenskyy emphasized the high intensity of the attacks and urged international partners to expedite the delivery of missiles and air defense systems to counter Russia's strategy.
