A fast-track court in Noida has acquitted a man from Bihar of rape charges after the complainant and her family members turned hostile during the trial. The court was informed that the accused had since married the woman, and key witnesses did not support the prosecution's case. The judge ruled that the charges of rape, threats, and repeated sexual assault under the guise of marriage were not proven beyond a reasonable doubt. The accused was ordered to execute a personal bond of Rs 30,000.

नोएडा की एक फास्ट-ट्रैक कोर्ट ने बिहार के एक व्यक्ति को रेप के आरोपों से बरी कर दिया है, क्योंकि शिकायतकर्ता और उसके परिवार के सदस्य मुकदमे के दौरान मुकर गए थे। कोर्ट को सूचित किया गया कि आरोपी ने तब से महिला से शादी कर ली थी, और मुख्य गवाह अभियोजन के मामले का समर्थन नहीं कर रहे थे। जज ने फैसला सुनाया कि शादी के बहाने रेप, धमकी और बार-बार यौन उत्पीड़न के आरोप उचित संदेह से परे साबित नहीं हुए थे। आरोपी को 30,000 रुपये का व्यक्तिगत बॉन्ड निष्पादित करने का आदेश दिया गया था।
