Telangana's power distribution utilities have dispatched nearly 2,000 staff and emergency materials to Andhra Pradesh to aid in restoring power supply following Cyclone Arnab. The request came from Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu after over 16,000 electric poles fell in several districts. Telangana Deputy Chief Minister M. Bhatti Vikramarka stated this assistance signifies brotherhood between the two Telugu states. The teams are equipped with emergency response vehicles and specialized tools for the restoration efforts.
