Skill-based short courses are needed now

Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai, founder of the One World One Family Mission, has emphasized the critical need for skill-based short-term courses to bridge the gap between education and industry demands. He announced plans to introduce such programs across the mission's institutions. Speaking at an event in Hyderabad, he noted that many developed countries are moving away from long-term courses, highlighting India's mismatch between academic learning and employer expectations. Sai also stressed the importance of moral and value-based education, while acknowledging the intelligence of Gen-Z students.

कौशल-आधारित छोटे कोर्स की अभी ज़रूरत है

सद्गुरु श्री मधुसूदन साई ने शिक्षा और उद्योग की मांग के बीच की खाई को पाटने के लिए कौशल-आधारित छोटे कोर्स की ज़रूरत पर ज़ोर दिया। उन्होंने बताया कि उनकी संस्थाओं में ऐसे कोर्स शुरू किए जाएंगे। हैदराबाद में उन्होंने कहा कि कई विकसित देश लंबे कोर्स से दूर जा रहे हैं, और भारत में पढ़ाई और नौकरी की उम्मीदों में अंतर है। साई ने नैतिक और मूल्य-आधारित शिक्षा को भी महत्वपूर्ण बताया।
