Lok Adalat Must Build Public Trust, Not Just Dispose Cases: Rajasthan CJ

He emphasized that it should also ensure citizens receive justice and build greater trust in the judicial system. Justice Agrawal highlighted that Lok Adalats offer an effective platform for resolving disputes through mutual consent, saving time and cost for litigants. He urged that justice should be accessible to the poorest and most downtrodden, regardless of financial difficulties or lengthy proceedings.

राजस्थान के मुख्य न्यायाधीश संजय के अग्रवाल ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत का मकसद सिर्फ केस निपटाना नहीं है। उन्होंने जोर दिया कि इससे नागरिकों को न्याय मिलना चाहिए और न्यायिक व्यवस्था में उनका भरोसा बढ़ना चाहिए। जस्टिस अग्रवाल ने कहा कि लोक अदालतें आपसी सहमति से विवादों को सुलझाने का एक प्रभावी मंच हैं, जिससे वादियों का समय और पैसा बचता है। उन्होंने कहा कि न्याय गरीबों और सबसे पिछड़े लोगों तक पहुंचना चाहिए, चाहे उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति कैसी भी हो या कार्यवाही कितनी भी लंबी चले।
