कैबिनेट ने इंडिया सेमीकंडक्टर मिशन (ISM) 2.0 को मंजूरी दे दी है। इसका मकसद देश में चिप बनाने की क्षमता को बढ़ाना है। यह भारत को सेमीकंडक्टर उत्पादन का ग्लोबल हब बनाने की बड़ी योजना का हिस्सा है। इस पहल से भारी निवेश आएगा, नई खोजों को बढ़ावा मिलेगा और चिप डिजाइन व निर्माण के लिए एक मजबूत इकोसिस्टम बनेगा, जिससे आयात पर निर्भरता कम होगी।
