भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष राजीव चंद्रशेखर ने कहा कि केरल हाई कोर्ट का भाजपा पार्षद आर. सुगाथन के KAAPA एक्ट के तहत निवारक निरोध को रद्द करने का फैसला भाजपा के रुख को सही ठहराता है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि CPI(M) ने एक दशक से राज्य पुलिस का दुरुपयोग करके राजनीतिक विरोधियों को झूठे मामलों में फंसाया है, और उनका दावा है कि वर्तमान वी.डी. सतीसन सरकार भी यही कर रही है।
