UP Constable Held for Framing Minor's Father in False Rape Case

A police constable and three others have been arrested in Mau, Uttar Pradesh, for allegedly conspiring to frame the father of a minor girl in a false sexual assault case. The girl had previously accused the constable of rape. Police investigation, including call detail records, revealed the conspiracy behind a complaint registered on July 23. The motive was reportedly to influence the ongoing trial against the constable and pressure the minor's family. The allegations against the father were found to be false.
