The guidelines also state that important local events should be avoided during legislative sessions. Furthermore, officials are reminded to invite elected representatives to local events and ensure their names are printed correctly in brochures after confirmation.

महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने अधिकारियों के लिए संशोधित दिशानिर्देश जारी किए हैं, जिसमें विधानमंडल की विशेषाधिकार समिति की सिफारिशों का सख्ती से पालन करना अनिवार्य है। विभागों को विशेषाधिकार हनन की सूचनाओं पर तुरंत कार्रवाई करनी चाहिए और उल्लंघन करने वाले अधिकारियों के खिलाफ अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई शुरू करनी चाहिए। दिशानिर्देशों में यह भी कहा गया है कि विधायी सत्रों के दौरान महत्वपूर्ण स्थानीय कार्यक्रमों से बचना चाहिए। इसके अलावा, अधिकारियों को स्थानीय कार्यक्रमों में निर्वाचित प्रतिनिधियों को आमंत्रित करने और पुष्टि के बाद ब्रोशर में उनके नाम सही ढंग से मुद्रित होने को सुनिश्चित करने की याद दिलाई जाती है।
