This hormone therapy patch is primarily used to treat moderate to severe menopausal symptoms and prevent osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. The product, which had annual U.S. sales of approximately $45.7 million, is eligible for a 180-day exclusivity period as a competitive generic therapy. Zydus will manufacture the patch at its facility near Ahmedabad.
