Sedan sales in September 2026 increased by 5.32% year-on-year, reaching 35,119 units. The Maruti Dzire maintained its top position with 17,754 units sold, despite an 11.40% decrease. The Hyundai Aura secured second place with 7,530 units, showing a significant 39.78% growth, followed by the Honda Amaze with 3,286 units sold. These top three models accounted for over 81% of the total sedan sales for the month. Q3 volumes also saw a healthy 11.44% increase.
