The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has achieved a record revenue of Rs 1,020 crore in the first quarter of FY27. This surge is attributed to strong demand for affordable housing across all categories. Narela sub-city was the top performer, selling 1,153 EWS flats. DDA's ongoing housing schemes and infrastructure development initiatives have significantly boosted sales, building on previous financial year successes and addressing housing needs.

दिल्ली डेवलपमेंट अथॉरिटी (DDA) ने वित्तीय वर्ष 2027 की पहली तिमाही में रिकॉर्ड ₹1,020 करोड़ का राजस्व कमाया है। यह उछाल सभी श्रेणियों में किफायती घरों की ज़बरदस्त मांग के कारण हुआ है। नरेला सब-सिटी सबसे आगे रही, जहाँ 1,153 EWS फ्लैट बिके। DDA की चल रही हाउसिंग स्कीमों और इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर डेवलपमेंट ने बिक्री को काफी बढ़ाया है।
