Activist Demands Further Probe in Ram Temple Case

Social activist Amitabh Thakur has demanded a further investigation into the Ram Mandir donation case, questioning the SIT chargesheet. Thakur stated that while initial investigations identified numerous incidents and supervisory lapses, the final chargesheet named only eight individuals. He expressed concern that the limited number of accused might not adequately reflect the responsibility of supervisory levels identified earlier. The activist has requested a deeper probe under Section 193(9) of the BNSS, citing the examination of CCTV footage, witness statements, and financial records.

सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता अमिताभ ठाकुर ने राम मंदिर दान मामले की SIT चार्जशीट पर सवाल उठाते हुए आगे जांच की मांग की है। ठाकुर ने कहा कि शुरुआती जांच में कई गड़बड़ियां मिलीं, लेकिन चार्जशीट में सिर्फ आठ लोगों के नाम हैं। उन्हें चिंता है कि इतने कम आरोपियों से पर्यवेक्षी स्तर की जिम्मेदारी पूरी तरह सामने नहीं आएगी। उन्होंने सीसीटीवी फुटेज, गवाहों के बयान और वित्तीय रिकॉर्ड की जांच के लिए BNSS की धारा 193(9) के तहत गहन जांच का अनुरोध किया है।
