Himachal CM: Justice Needs Fairness, Wisdom, Not Just Orders

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu emphasized that justice in a democracy requires fairness, wisdom, and understanding of circumstances, not just judicial pronouncements. Speaking at the Himachal Pradesh National Law University's convocation, he honored gold medalists and urged graduates to ensure justice for the weakest sections. Sukhu, a law graduate himself, noted the judiciary's role as a democratic pillar. He also addressed the burden on the state exchequer from court-ordered financial benefits beyond service rules and assured support for NLU Shimla's infrastructure development.

हिमाचल प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि लोकतंत्र में न्याय के लिए केवल न्यायिक फैसलों से नहीं, बल्कि निष्पक्षता, बुद्धिमत्ता और परिस्थितियों की समझ की आवश्यकता होती है। हिमाचल प्रदेश नेशनल लॉ यूनिवर्सिटी के दीक्षांत समारोह में बोलते हुए, उन्होंने गोल्ड मेडलिस्टों को सम्मानित किया और स्नातकों से सबसे कमजोर वर्गों के लिए न्याय सुनिश्चित करने का आग्रह किया। सुक्खू, जो स्वयं एक कानून स्नातक हैं, ने एक लोकतांत्रिक स्तंभ के रूप में न्यायपालिका की भूमिका पर प्रकाश डाला।
