बिहार के गृह विभाग ने दो भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (आईपीएस) और 27 बिहार पुलिस सेवा (बीपीएस) के अधिकारियों का तबादला कर उन्हें नई जिम्मेदारियां सौंपी हैं। इस फेरबदल से पटना, मुजफ्फरपुर और सारण सहित कई जिलों में अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक (एएसपी) और पुलिस उपाधीक्षक (डीएसपी) स्तर के पदों पर असर पड़ा है। उल्लेखनीय तबादलों में 2023 बैच के आईपीएस अधिकारी नारायण उपाध्याय को एसडीपीओ-I, फुलवारीशरीफ, पटना के पद पर नियुक्त किया गया है। आदेश में नए पोस्टिंग का इंतजार कर रहे अधिकारियों को अगले आदेश तक पुलिस मुख्यालय में रिपोर्ट करने का निर्देश दिया गया है।
