Dumper Speeds Towards SDM in Attempted Hit-and-Run During Anti-Mining Drive

SDM Kuldeep Singh attempted to stop the vehicle, but the driver accelerated towards him. A car then allegedly intervened, obstructing the SDM's pursuit and allowing the dumper to escape.
