This surge marks a significant comeback for foreign investors, who accounted for 59% of the total inflows, with the US being the largest contributor. Institutional investors also increased their participation, making up 79% of the total. Major cities like Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, and Chennai attracted the majority of these investments.
