Bengaluru Man Poses As Customer, Steals Rs 13 Lakh Gold

A man in Bengaluru's Yelahanka New Town has been arrested for stealing gold worth Rs 13.2 lakh from a jewellery shop. The 36-year-old suspect, identified as Harish T, posed as a customer at Krishna Jewellers on October 29. He tried on several gold chains and rings before distracting an employee and fleeing with two chains and seven rings. Police apprehended him the same night and recovered all 102 grams of stolen ornaments from his residence. He has been remanded to judicial custody.

बेंगलुरु के येलहंका न्यू टाउन में एक आदमी को एक ज्वैलरी की दुकान से 13.2 लाख रुपये का सोना चुराने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया गया है। 36 साल के आरोपी, जिसकी पहचान हरीश टी के रूप में हुई है, ने 29 अक्टूबर को कृष्णा जूलर्स में ग्राहक बनकर गया था। उसने कई सोने की चेन और अंगूठियां ट्राई कीं, फिर एक कर्मचारी को बातों में लगाकर दो चेन और सात अंगूठियां लेकर भाग गया। पुलिस ने उसी रात उसे पकड़ लिया और उसके घर से चुराए गए सभी 102 ग्राम गहने बरामद कर लिए। उसे न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया है।
