West Bengal to Regain Industrial Glory: Union Minister

Union Minister G Kishan Reddy has pledged to restore West Bengal's past industrial prominence, aiming to re-establish it as a major industrial hub. Speaking at an Aluminium Roadshow in Kolkata, he highlighted discussions with investors and stakeholders on boosting investment, infrastructure, and employment. Reddy mentioned that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, over ₹1.47 lakh crore in infrastructure projects are in the pipeline for West Bengal, with more than ₹79,000 crore already spent. The state is also emerging as an integrated maritime corridor, creating new opportunities for industry and investment.

केंद्रीय मंत्री जी किशन रेड्डी ने पश्चिम बंगाल की पुरानी औद्योगिक शान को वापस लाने का वादा किया है, जिसका लक्ष्य इसे एक प्रमुख औद्योगिक केंद्र के रूप में फिर से स्थापित करना है। कोलकाता में एक एल्युमिनियम रोडशो में बोलते हुए, उन्होंने निवेश, बुनियादी ढांचे और रोजगार को बढ़ावा देने के लिए निवेशकों और हितधारकों के साथ हुई चर्चाओं पर प्रकाश डाला। रेड्डी ने बताया कि Prime Minister Narendra Modi के नेतृत्व में, पश्चिम बंगाल के लिए ₹1.47 लाख करोड़ से अधिक की बुनियादी ढांचा परियोजनाओं की योजना बनाई गई है, जिसमें से ₹79,000 करोड़ से अधिक पहले ही खर्च किए जा चुके हैं।
