उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस (AI) को इंसानी फैसलों में मदद करनी चाहिए, न कि उन्हें बदलना चाहिए। उन्होंने जोर दिया कि नई तकनीकें जन कल्याण के लिए होनी चाहिए। क्वांटम फोरेंसिक के लिए एक सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस का उद्घाटन करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि तकनीकी प्रगति के लिए जवाबदेही, सुरक्षा और मानवीय विवेक की जरूरत है। आदित्यनाथ ने त्रिवेणी संगम का उदाहरण देते हुए कहा कि विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी तभी फायदेमंद हैं जब वे मूल्यों द्वारा निर्देशित हों। उन्होंने अपराध जांच में फोरेंसिक विज्ञान के महत्व और राज्य के प्रशासनिक रेंज में फोरेंसिक प्रयोगशालाएं स्थापित करने के प्रयासों पर भी प्रकाश डाला।
