मुंबई की मेयर रितु तौड़ ने चेंबूर में पेड़ गिरने से हुई एक बच्चे की मौत के मामले में बीएमसी की जांच रिपोर्ट को खारिज कर दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि रिपोर्ट में जवाबदेही की कमी है, इसलिए अब नए सिरे से जांच का आदेश दिया गया है। कॉर्पोरेटरों और पीड़ित के पिता ने भी ठेकेदार पर कम जुर्माने और पारदर्शिता की कमी को लेकर रिपोर्ट की आलोचना की थी।
