A massive centralised community kitchen is being developed in Suryapet, Telangana, to provide nutritious meals to approximately 60,000 students daily. The facility, located in Syedmujavarpet, aims to be operational within 100 days and will serve around 1,029 government schools and junior colleges. Singareni Collieries Company Limited contributed ₹9.6 crore to the project, implemented with support from the Hari Krishna Movement Charitable Foundation. This initiative is designed to ensure hygiene, food safety, and timely delivery of meals, significantly impacting student health and educational participation.
