Bombay HC Reserves Order On Sacked Cop Sachin Waze's Bail Plea

The Bombay High Court has concluded its hearing on an appeal filed by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) challenging the bail granted to dismissed police officer Sachin Waze. A special bench reserved its order on whether to uphold or set aside the trial court's bail decision. Waze, the main accused in the Antilia bomb scare and Mansukh Hiran murder cases, has been in custody since March 2021.

बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने बर्खास्त पुलिस अधिकारी सचिन वाज़े को मिली ज़मानत को चुनौती देने वाली National Investigation Agency (NIA) की अपील पर सुनवाई पूरी कर ली है। एक विशेष बेंच ने ट्रायल कोर्ट के ज़मानत फैसले को बरकरार रखने या रद्द करने पर अपना आदेश सुरक्षित रख लिया है। Antilia बम धमकी और Mansukh Hiran हत्या के मामलों का मुख्य आरोपी वाज़े मार्च 2021 से हिरासत में है।
